People and Roles

People and roles adds participants, identifies those who have mandatory roles like Agent, Registered Owner and Invoice Payer, and manages the level of access they have to an application.

Note:  Restricted building work (RBW) is now captured through a question on the Project description step of the form. To record the LBPs carrying out or supervising RBW, please ensure you add the LBPs as participants in the People and roles step, including adding their license details. You can search the LBP register to select an existing LBP and the system populates their license information.
